Hendriette Bosma Voice, Brass, String and Choir Director (780) 835-2236
Hendriette is originally from Holland where she started playing in the Jr. Orchestra/Band at the age of 9. Immigrated to Camrose, AB at the age of 11, where she became very musically involved. Under the instruction of Mr. T. Spila she played in Concert Band, Wind Ensemble, and Jazz Band (majoring in Trumpet & French Horn). Hendriette took up playing cello at the age of 16 under the instruction of cellist: Josephine van Lier. Later on went to Peace River Bible Institute where she received choir conducting and vocal training under the instruction of Mr. J. Bell both in private as well as choir settings, she also took music theory under the instruction of Mr. P. Kinvig. Hendriette now resides in Fairview as a mother of five and wife to David Bosma; where she home educates her children, has done several musical productions in the community for both children's choir and church/community choir. Hendriette believes that music is a special gift from God & therefore would like to teach it so that His name may be glorified and proclaimed.
