Shaunna Dallyn
Shaunna (Regal) Dallyn obtained her Bachelor of Music and Bachelor of Education from the University of Lethbridge in 2003. There she studied music theory, history, pedagogy and vocal technique. She spent 3 years singing with the Vox Musica choir under the direction of Robert George and George Evelen, and studied opera and musical theatre in the production of Die Fledermaus under the direction of Blaine Hensbee. She also studied vocal technique and pedagogy with Candice Johnson, Betty Hicks and Patrice Jegou. Before studying at the University level, she also studied classical and popular voice with Sharon Krushel and obtained her RCM Grade 5 Voice with Honours.
Shaunna also studied piano and theory under Janet Regal for 15 years, obtaining her RCM Grade 8 Piano and Grade 2 Rudiments with Distinction.
Shaunna has been teaching in the Peace River area since her teenage years. She is currently teaching elementary music full-time and chasing after her growing family and therefore not teaching private studio lessons at this time.
